SUMMARY: This role leads the digital marketing infrastructure and execution for Apyx Medical across AYON and Renuvion. Responsibilities include building and managing email campaigns, digital funnels, lead generation programs, website performance, SEO and SEM optimization, analytics, and marketing automation. The Digital Manager implements programs designed to increase product demand, enhance sales opportunities, attract digital traffic, and support a strong online presence. This position requires experience with GatorMail email platform management and ownership of digital campaign deployment and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

  1. Guide development and implementation of digital marketing strategy for Apyx Medical products including email, website, and digital content programs.
  2. Lead planning and execution of all email communications through GatorMail including segmentation, automated journeys, testing, reporting, and compliance.
  3. Prepare and launch digital programs supporting demand generation, customer engagement, pipeline acceleration, and new user growth.
  4. Develop, curate, and deploy compelling content across digital channels including websites, landing pages, email, mobile, and social media.
  5. Own corporate website updates, page builds, content integration, and digital UX performance.
  6. Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to attract traffic and improve visibility across search engines to support growth objectives.
  7. Analyze site behavior and optimize content, navigation, and conversion experiences to support sales initiatives.
  8. Support lead capture, routing, classification, and reporting through digital tracking systems and workbooks.
  9. Provide ongoing support and communication to the sales team and distribution network including market trends, digital campaign performance, and competitive insights.
  10. Develop and execute email and digital workflows that accelerate lead progression and improve conversion quality.
  11. Collect and analyze digital metrics across email, website, social media, and paid media to identify trends and best practices in online marketing.
  12. Maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance, website activity, lead volume, conversion rate, and ROI.
  13. Monitor digital marketing analytics to provide insights and recommendations that optimize digital performance.
  14. Social Media not included in scope of the role.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three to five years of digital marketing experience with strong understanding of email automation, analytics, content development, and digital operations.
  • Hands-on experience with GatorMail required including automation, segmentation, data hygiene, and campaign deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in keywords research, search engine marketing, mobile marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database driven marketing systems.
  • Excellent time management, organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends, interpret data, and drive performance improvements.

QUALITY ASSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual must comply with the following quality system requirements including but not limited to:

  1. Use only formally approved procedures, records, documents and specifications known as “Control Documents” (e.g., device history records, data collection forms, drawings, procedures, and specifications).
  2. Use only properly calculated and maintained equipment.
  3. Immediately bring to attention of the head of the Quality Assurance department any possible deviations from specified Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions he or she may notice.
  4. Ensure no components, parts, manufacturing materials or products will be released unless they meet all inspection and test criteria.
  5. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions relating to the functions performed.
  6. Ensure all purchasing documents are completed to Work Instructions.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to respond to common inquiries from members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to personnel of all level employees.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
