HEALTH AND DENTAL
Coverage is available for full time employees and eligible dependents at a minimal cost paid by the employee. Pharmacy is included for employees enrolled in Medical.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Apyx employees can participate in a Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) as well as a Dependent Care FSA. In addition, there is a company-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement that covers in-network deductible costs incurred by the employee and dependents.
Apyx Medical Corporation pays the full cost of Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment for all full time employees. Employees may purchase additional optional life insurance for themselves and/or dependents.
VISION CARE PLAN
A vision care plan is offered to all full time employees and their eligible dependents. Coverage provides for routine eye exams and eyeglasses or contact lenses at a reduced rate.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Long Term Disability helps to provide income replacement if an employee is sick or injured and cannot work. Apyx Medical Corporation pays the full cost of Long Term Disability for all full time employees.
RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN (401K)
Apyx Medical Corporation offers a 401(k) Plan through payroll deductions. Employees may contribute between 1% and 25% of eligible pay on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS dollar amount. There is a company match contribution as well.
Apyx Medical Corporation offers tuition reimbursement for continuing education at an accredited college or university. The benefit is available to full time employees after three months of service.
PAID TIME OFF
It is the Company’s intent to provide employees with periodic rests from their duties and responsibilities in the interest of promoting sound health, improved morale, and relaxation from the everyday routine. Apyx has a generous paid time off and vacation policy.
