Employee Benefits

Apyx Medical Corporation believes that compensation and benefits are a critical part of our employees’ work and family life, and we will do everything we can to provide a comprehensive package that will meet our employees’ needs.

HEALTH AND DENTAL

Coverage is available for full time employees and eligible dependents at a minimal cost paid by the employee. Pharmacy is included for employees enrolled in Medical.

HEALTH SAVINGS & FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

Apyx employees can participate in a Health Savings Account, Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) as well as a Dependent Care FSA.

LIFE INSURANCE

Apyx Medical Corporation offers Life Insurance for all full time employees and their dependents.

VISION CARE PLAN

A vision care plan is offered to all full time employees and their eligible dependents. Coverage provides for routine eye exams and eyeglasses or contact lenses at a reduced rate.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY

Short Term Disability helps to provide income replacement if an employee is sick or injured and cannot work. Apyx Medical Corporation pays the full cost of Short Term Disability for all full time employees.

RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN (401K)

Apyx Medical Corporation offers a 401(k) Plan through payroll deductions. Employees may contribute up to 90% of eligible pay on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS dollar amount. There is a company match contribution as well.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE

Apyx Medical Corporation offers tuition reimbursement for continuing education at an accredited college or university. The benefit is available to full time employees after three months of service.

PAID TIME OFF

It is the Company’s intent to provide employees with periodic rests from their duties and responsibilities in the interest of promoting sound health, improved morale, and relaxation from the everyday routine.  Apyx has a generous paid time off and vacation policy.
