APYX MEDICAL CORPORATION JOINS RUSSELL 3000® AND RUSSELL 2000® INDEXES
CLEARWATER, FL — July 1, 2019 – Apyx Medical Corporation, formerly Bovie Medical Corporation,(NASDAQ:APYX) (the “Company”), a maker of medical devices and supplies and the developer of J-Plasma®, a patented surgical product marketed and sold under the Renuvion®Cosmetic Technology brand in the cosmetic surgery market, announced today that the Company has been added to the Russell 3000® and Russell 2000® Indexes. The Company’s inclusion occurred as part of the annual reconstitution by FTSE Russell of its U.S. equity indexes and will become effective today after the U.S. market opens.

In connection with membership in each Russell index, companies are also included in the appropriate growth and value style indexes.
